The Nostalgic Minds is a Miami, Florida based band established in 2015. The band features drummer Big Rod 305, bassist Chef Cobbler, guitarist Richy B., and lead vocalist Alayo. Since their debut, the band has been featured on NBC 6's In the Mix, performed live on Telemundo's Un Nuevo Día alongside Peruvian artist Steph Red, appeared on the popular game show HQ Trivia, and entertained audiences throughout South Florida. Known for their unique blend of R&B, funk, and rock influences, The Nostalgic Minds creates a dynamic sound that bridges soulful melodies, infectious grooves, and high energy live performances. Today, the band continues to make occasional live appearances, bringing together audiences with a diverse repertoire spanning classic and contemporary sounds.
