Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

These Booking Terms apply to all booking requests, event services, artist bookings, performances, production services, and related services provided by NY7 Group LLC (“Company”).

By submitting a booking request or entering into an agreement with NY7 Group LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking.

A booking is only considered confirmed after:

  • Availability has been approved by NY7 Group LLC

  • Required agreements have been completed

  • Any required deposit or payment has been received

NY7 Group LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.

2. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure a booking date.

Deposits, payment schedules, and remaining balances will be outlined in the applicable invoice, agreement, or service contract.

Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable due to time reserved, preparation costs, administrative work, and potential loss of other booking opportunities.

Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined based on the specific agreement and circumstances.

4. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an event or service are subject to availability.

NY7 Group LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee a new date will be available.

Additional fees may apply depending on the circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

  • Event date, time, and location

  • Venue requirements

  • Technical requirements

  • Access and setup details

  • Any necessary permits or approvals

The client is responsible for ensuring the event environment is safe and suitable for the services being provided.

6. Artist and Performance Bookings

For artist performances, the client agrees to provide any agreed requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Performance space

  • Sound and technical requirements

  • Schedule details

  • Hospitality requirements (if applicable)

  • Safe working conditions

Additional artist-specific agreements may apply.

7. Changes to Services

Any changes to the agreed services, event details, schedule, or requirements may affect pricing and availability.

NY7 Group LLC reserves the right to update fees based on approved changes.

8. Force Majeure

NY7 Group LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, government restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

9. Media and Promotion

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NY7 Group LLC may use photographs, videos, recordings, or promotional materials from events for marketing and promotional purposes.

Clients may request restrictions regarding promotional use before the event.

10. Agreement to Terms

By booking services with NY7 Group LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms.
